Travelling to Fiesch by car is easy with a good road and pass network and car trains. Large outside car parks are available at the cable car base stations.
From Fiesch to Fiescheralp
For the last part of the journey, you take the local cableways from Fiesch base stations. The cableways take 7 to 10 minutes to reach the plateau. Fiescheralp is a traffic free mountain village at 2200m above sea level and only accessible by cable car from Fiesch. (You can not drive up there by car!) Travel to Brig with SBB (Swiss federal railways)...

Continue from Brig or Göschenen with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGBahn) train as far as the Fiesch base station. From the base stations, the local cableway take just 10 minutes to the resorts of Fiescheralp on the car-free plateau.
